The SmartLife Foundation is a Dubai-based non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to empowering and improving the lives of blue-collar workers. Licensed by the Community Development Authority (CDA), SmartLife offers a diverse range of programs focused on education, health, skills development, and recreation. Their work is driven by the philosophy of understanding workers' needs by being present in their communities and labor camps. SmartLife has worked with over 1 million people, engaged 20,000 volunteers, and transformed the lives of many. Their reach extends to over 150 labor camps, supported by more than 200 corporate partners. 

Home Away will continue to support important initiatives in partnership with SmartLife, including skilling and training, health and wellness, and special program efforts for vulnerable communities.
